Information you provide directly
- Contact information (name, email, phone number) when you fill out a contact form, request a consultation, or communicate with us
- Business information you share during a consulting engagement or discovery process
- Payment information when you purchase services or products through our website, processed by Stripe or Gumroad (see Section 4)

- Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system) collected as a standard part of website and application hosting
- Account and usage information necessary for any application to function (e.g., login credentials, activity within the app)
Information from our applications
If you use a tool or application built and hosted by Brand Velocity Co. (e.g., booking widgets, AI assistants, client dashboards), we may collect account information (name, email), login credentials, and usage data necessary for the app to function. Payment for these applications is handled separately through our website and is not collected within the applications themselves.

- Service providers who host, build, or support our Services on our behalf, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), GitHub (code storage), Anthropic/Claude (AI development and application functionality), and our payment processors, each governed by their own privacy and security practices
- Business clients, where you are interacting with an application built by BVC on behalf of one of our clients (e.g., a winery's booking assistant), the client may also receive relevant data as the operator of that service
- Legal authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety
Payment Processing
All payments made through our website are processed by Stripe, Inc. or Gumroad, Inc. We do not store or have access to full payment card details. Their respective privacy policies govern the handling of your payment information:
